I am aware of how many Rottweilers live in misery

I am aware of how many Rottweilers live in misery. My rescued male Rotti is just such a dog...probably chained and abused or almost worse, ignored his whole life. He has one of the most stable temperements of any dog I have ever had. My female has one of the softest temperments a dog can have.

I do not let them roam, I train them, I socialize them. I've done everything possible to make them the kind of dog that change people's minds about Rottweilers.
