Alldoglover is saying what AAS has been saying since the BC SPCA, its Board of Directors and its then CEO Douglas Brimacombe, hired Craig Daniell away from the Ontario SPCA in November 2002, to implement the animal disposal industry's latest marketing and business plan.

Our investigations have shown that Daniell was as ruthless in Ontario as he is here, but he pulled it off in Ontario where there was no AAS.

Alldoglover has all the pieces in place. He or she only makes two mistakes: No place that impounds in cells and kills is a "shelter". And these places sell animals, they don't "adopt" them.

The "seizures" business plan expands these agencies revenue bases, that's all. Animals are still abused, neglected, and killed by these agencies, the same as in the other arm - the pet disposal/selling arm.

This is not even about law enforcement for its own sake and not for the sake of animals either as this business plan's accompanying P.R. touts it as. If it were about law enforcement, the law would not be being abused as it is. And if it were about animals, most animals would be left onsite, and none would be killed. To Craig Daniell, killing some "heroically" seized animals is acceptable. (In other words, dead "rescued" animals are just so much "collateral damage". ) He told that to Jennifer Dickson of AAS (one of his outspoken critics who he has named in the SPCA's defamation suit). That is a cold, cruel, calculating attitude and proves that the SPCA's sudden enforcement of the Act is not about animals.

So what could it be about then? Alldoglover says it is all about money and that is what AAS says it is too. And we are proving that, just as we proved that its other business arm, the selling/disposal arm, was not about animal welfare as it was falsely promoted by its slick P.R. departments for fifty years.
