In Response To: Feline Distemper Outbreak at Kamloops SPCA ()

I just checked Petfinder. There are no cats at all listed as available at the Kamloops SPCA. Does this mean that every cat in the shelter has been euthanized?

I quote from the Oxford Dictionary:

"Shelter, anything serving as a shield or protection from danger."

What a tragedy for the animals.

A more fitting slogan could read "easy and effortless disposal"
"No Interest" - "No Service Charges" - "Easy Payment Plan" - "After Sales Service"
It seems to me that shelters which safeguard health should be one of the highest priorities
