"No Interest" - "No Service Charges" - "Easy Payment Plan" - "After Sales Service". All great slogans. The first two certainly apply to the SPCA's business, as there is little interest shown and no service to charge for except the service of being a pet recycling centre. "Easy Payment Plan" doesn't apply to the SPCA's business. We are still getting stories about how the SPCA demands money up front or a sick pet will not be treated or may be killed.
"No Interest" is only too true: the SPCA still shows no, or little, interest in where their product ends up, doing no home checks and offering no "after sales service", in fact, telling customers who ask for help when the pet was clearly sold in a sick state or with behaviour problems, that if they bring the pet back, it might be killed.
