Why not help this rescuer SPCA? *LINK*

First of all the complaints of falling down rails, shabby shelters. This woman obviously didn't win the lottery. and the conditions rescued horses arrive in, everyone knows they don't bounce back immediately.

She checks on them everyday. feeding, and health issues. As far as the grooming goes why can't the SPCA send volunteers out to help take the load off? Better yet, donate a prefab from Home Depot or Rona's. Carla is trying at least. She's just an average person trying to make a difference with what she has, so the message I'm getting is if I don't have a fancy painted shelter with air conditioning, or some how found the twenty fifth hour of a twenty four hour day to finish grooming, I'm not a fit pet owner. like I said, she's at least stepped up to the plate to make life a little easier for animals. She has the space and some time to give so why doesn't the SPCA at least help her?

They cry that there's not enough support out there or education on this subject yet when someone gives what they can that's not good enough. The SPCA knew in the beginning that this is only a temporary home, that they do move on to better situations, yet as soon as Carla needed help they turn their backs. If they keep this attitude up no one will be there for them in the end, We thought at some point of fostering some horses for the SPCA,but at this point I don't think I'd want to be involved in this kind of hypocritical organization because my barn isn't painted nor has air conditioning
