All the honest, trustworthy animal welfare groups are allowed time from their vets to pay their bills. But we have it on excellent authority, many more than one authroity, that vets all over BC won't deal with the SPCA anymore, after being stiffed for years.

What kind of a sleazy organization won't pay its vet bills, but pays some of its worst staff $30 an hour and its CEO over $120,000 (with rumours of a impending raise)?

What kind of a sleazy organization lets dogs and cats die in pain and suffering, while it pays a hundred thousand dollars to lawyers to silence what it is doing?

Spud was rushed to the BC SPCA in need of immediate emergency care *PIC*

They were told NOT to bring Spud to Abbotsford because she would be put down *LINK* *PIC*

I've witnessed first hand that it isn't always due to lack of money that SPCA animals don't receive even the simplest of care and monitoring
