We would welcome the chance to publicize any SPCA feral cat assistance programs

A search of the BC SPCA website didn't find any specific feral cat assistance programs that are up and running though there are mentions that such programs are a good idea.

Maximum Adoption Programs
BC SPCA Branches

Irresponsible animal breeding is a community problem that leads to a tragic waste of life when there are not enough homes for surplus cats and dogs. The BC SPCA's goal is to find a good home for every adoptable animal in our care while at the same time reducing the numbers of surplus animals.

Our euthanasia rates are among the lowest in Canada and we are committed to reaching zero-euthanasia for adoptable animals. This achievement will come from a wide-range of initiatives including innovative spay and neuter programs, retail partnerships, inter-Branch animal transfers, spay/neuter by-laws, alternative housing methods, managing the feral cat population and more.

A search of the Victoria SPCA website could find no reference to feral cats. We would welcome the chance to publicize any SPCA feral cat assistance programs.
