I believe that, until the present CEO and probably most of the board of directors are replaced, or at least realize some major changes have to be made in the management and policies of the BC SPCA, we will not be able to obtain any correct information regarding the financial status, or any details of same.

Quite some time ago I have asked for an accounting of moneys spent for legal actions taken by the BC SPCA against other animal welfare groups.
Having received confirmation that my E-mail request had been read, I have to date not received any reply and don't believe I ever will.
