As for the dogs getting pregnant there, there is no rumour, I saw them get impregnanted and I helped deliver the litters, Jenny is still alive and well. Half of her litter didn't make it she killed them. She ate one of the puppies and shook two others to death, leaving 4 puppies I believe. Blondie I think may have been killed but I am not positive and she got pregnant at the shelter by a dog named Morley. So here is the right total:
November 4th = 18 dogs killed
November 8th = 4 dogs killed
January 30th = 10 dogs killed
Total = 32 dead dogs
These dogs got pregnant while at the Kelowna SPCA:
