In Response To: Kelowna SPCA kills 10 more "Beaverdell Dogs" ()

By allowing the breeding and selling of dogs in their facility they have contradicted their obligation to control pet overpopulation in the name of the prevention of cruelty.

By keeping dogs in cages for months, letting them breed, and selling the pups, they are no different than the mill they raided.And by still not asking for legislation to control breeders like Lapointe they are further ignoring their mandate to PREVENT cruelty.
