Having learned that the SPCA will import "good sellers" from anywhere, my concern about the fate of Tequila

I think I have come across the term used in business for this practice - it is Building Business Relationships Through Networking, and it's main focus is the "you do for me, I do for you" principle. Obviously the more businesses you can foster a connection with, the benefits to all parties definitely broaden the geographic playing field and boost sales. Sadly, that will mean making space for desirable newcomers often on short notice.

Having learned that the SPCA will import "good sellers" from anywhere, my concern about the fate of Tequila, the young Rottweiler, has grown due to her history as described in an earlier post. Twice adopted, twice returned, shuffled from shelter to shelter at only 9 months old - I hope someone can watch over her and scream for help if anyone plans to kill her. The memory of the rescue of Cheech is a frightening reminder of the reality that even a pup with every chance for rehabilitation can have their life taken in the blink of an eye . Tequila is a puppy. Her behaviour is consistent with her age. Her strong will and physical strength makes an equally strong owner\trainer, daily practice of basic obedience commands and lots of socialization an absolute neccessity. At her young age, as was the case with Cheech, killing Tequila would be absolutely unjustified. Cheech and Tequila are only two examples of circumstances in which the SPCA has and may again act in their own best interest.

Once again, here are Tequila's comments as taken from the Petfinder site:

This is a 9 month old pup!

Notes: UPDATE NOVEMBER 5TH: TEQUILA HAS BEEN TRANSFERED TO THE VANCOUVER SHELTER!

UPDATE OCTOBER 3RD: Yes, unfortunately, Tequila is AGAIN up for adoption :( She is NOT to go to a home with Kids or Other Dogs.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 30TH: TEQUILA HAS ONCE AGAIN BEEN ADOPTED!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 29TH: TEQUILA IS ONCE AGAIN UP FOR ADOPTION!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 24TH: TEQUILA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Hiya! I'm Tequila and I was a transfer from Surrey! I'm very sweet and know some basic commands. I'm only 9 Months old so I'm still quite Trainable! The staff here say I have to go to a home with Rottweiler Breed Knowledge and they must have experience with dogs. I've been biting and playing with my leash a bit, but the Coordinator's have given my a Chain Leash and I'm doing MUCH better. I'm quite stressed right now after being adopted and brought back so many times. I need a permanent Forever-Home REALLY soon!

Contrast these two mandates or missions: Mex-Can Rescue and the BC SPCA
Would you put a stop to this at any point?
