Too many dogs @ Surrey & Delta SPCA's

As many of you may know, Halloween is a terrible time for stray dogs coming into the shelters, and Surrey and Delta are no different...especially Surrey. Delta is pretty well full (well, full for Delta) and Surrey has 2-3 dogs per kennel, one with 4. : (
Please keep these homeless dogs in mind when searching for a new campanion.

If Nanaimo SPCA has empty kennels, they could take a few of these dogs to help Surrey and Delta. Does Nanaimo still have room, or did the hound pups take up those spaces? And is Carolyn S prepared to take the pups back into private rescue to make room for any of these other SPCA dogs?
