Surrey SPCA is transfering dogs to the Delta SPCA where some are being killed.

Write your mayors and councillors. If you live in Delta, tell them that you do not want your taxes, which pay the SPCA to dispose of dogs in Delta, to be used to kill dogs from Surrey.

If you live in Surrey, write your mayor and councillors and tell them that you do not want your tax dollars spent to transfer Surrey dogs to Delta to be killed: that you want your tax dollars spent providing real animal welfare and rehabilitation for Surrey dogs who abandoned at the Surrey SPCA.
