We have our own Cheech situation here in Edmonton at this time. The SPCA has said that Kane will be returned to his owner to decide what Kane's fate will be.

Kane attacked his owner when his owner beat him last week Monday. It took 6 shots from a police Taser gun to subdue Kane enough to get the owner to safety. Kane had lived his entire life on a chain in a back yard. Although no photos are available, the televised report showed an extremely emaciated and distressed dog being led away from the property by animal control authorities.
