Thank you for such a sad letter. I have trouble just walking through the SPCA, which I do fairly often. I did not know Tina, but I do know that a home would probably have been her saviour. As you know, Delta has not renewed its contract with the SPCA and we hope that the future will bring a more sensitive approach.
