The man did tell his neighbour, who took one of the kittens from a previous litter. So, it is hearsay on my part, but rapidly becoming common knowledge hearsay, as a few other people seem to know and be upset about this too. Only problem is that most people don't do anything, and I don't want this to melt away, or there will be more kittens abandoned at the cemetery. The man needs to be dealt with somehow. I'll get more details, and see if I can get the mother spayed.
