If you are the same Crystal that lives in the remote area with the abandoned wild dogs shot by the pound at the dump, why this a problem for you? It is after all it is the consequence I was speaking of and you seemed willing to accept it as a necessary evil to achieve your no enabler concept.

If you are not the same Crystal ignore the above but hopefully she takes note. Either way you should advise the SPCA of the man’s identity. If nothing else they will at least be aware of him. It is an offence to abandon animals in the fashion you describe. It is compounded by the fact the animals cannot fend for themselves. Who knows they could get a confession admissible in court. They could also become an enabler and for the sake of future generations acquire possession of the mother cat.
