...at the 'shelters' you are defending. perhaps if the spca started to control births instead of deaths, we would all be on the same page. right now it can be no more trusted with the care of animals, and it's shelters' can no more be called shelters, and it is no better than it ever was [just sneakier]. real 'shelters' don't cull. the spca is proving it is not the right organization to do any sheltering.
