Don't worry about alerting the Vernon SPCA to my insubordinate ways- they already know all about me. As a matter of fact I was just querying them last Sunday as to why they were holding a fundraiser at a pet shop that has regularly sold
puppy mill pups for 12 years. There were 3 of them for sale in the store on that very day. Seems the term "conflict of interest" still doesn't mean anything to them. The line up at the pet shop's cash register was 7 people long. The donations were flowing into the SPCA as well. It's all just business and merchandise.
