Get your letters to the BC SPCA Board of Directors in quickly so that the issues that concern you most can be brought up at the September 7th board of directors meeting. Be sure to cc to AAS so that your advocacy group (that's us) knows how effective we're being. Remember - if the SPCA thinks only YOU know about your letter they don't have to pay it any attention - but if it knows that AAS knows about your letter - then it DOES have to pay attention. Strength is in numbers and unity and transparency.
