Yes! I would only listen to what custom canine said...I have had so many bad dealings with trainers..most of whom are total bullies. Any trainer who uses force or physical punishment should be totally ignored! Custom canine never uses a choke chain and genuinely cares about dogs. It is about time some dog behaviourists were called in!
